I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is somewhere i can get parts for a Abu Garcia reel without ordering it offline or from the factory itself. I have a Ambassadeur 6600 C3 LD and one of the gears is stripped on it. And also if this is a common problem for these reels. I have only caught 3 big fish this year and it all ready needs to be gone thru, that doesn't seem right to me. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have had a few times issues with a couple Abu reels and have called Pure Fishing in Iowa. They are very goods at taking care of issues like this for no charge.

From my expierences with Abu, the turn around time is like 3-4 days.
