Dog toy/arm saver

Has anyone seen or used a device that is basicly a bucket that will throw tennis balls for your dog, how far would they throw? I remember seeing something like this on the TV..?
My bros lab is non stop and we were thinking that if he could get him to put the balls back in the bucket, he could save his arm a bit..?

Pretty funny that you mention that, I saw some video of ol George W. using one of those things the other day on the news. I have never seen one before, have you checked local pet shops (petco or petsmart)?
