Llewellin field trial sept 11

Hey folks,
There is a Llewellin setter field trial at the RJ's Rooster Ranch near Lonsdale MN. I believe it's a walking trial so you don't need a horse to keep up and Lonsdale is only about 30 min south of the cities so this is a great opportunity to see a field trial and watch some dogs in action. I've never seen Llewellin's before so I'm hoping I can make it but who knows with my flaky schedule these days. Here's a link with more info...

Hi guys, did anyone make it to this field trial? I couldn't get away from work. This was the first all LLewellin event ever in Mn. gsp- if your interested, we can go out sometime, pheasent or grouse.

I did make it out for a couple of hours. Good looking dogs. I wish the trial format would have been such that a gallery could have followed the braces that were running. The view from the hill was adequate though. Scotty18, I may have to take you up on your offer. A grouse hunt sounds like fun.

There is a pointing lab trial at R&J's Rooster Ranch this Saturday. you might want to come see this one as well.

directions can be found at the website. Lonsdale address located just a few miles NW of Millersburg off I35. Easy to find.
