2 hook rigs

I've been tying my own for several years and still have trouble getting the hooks to line up with each other when I tighten up the second hook.

Anyone have a little secret they would like to share to get them to line up perfect every time.

I'm using Seaguar CarbonPro for line. I really like the way it stays straight and doesn't coil up.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Are you using a snell knot? If not, I'd try that. You should be able to readjust the hook pitch before you tighten the knot down.

I'm snelling both hooks...The problem comes when I tighten up the second hook, very few times it lines up with the first snelled hook. Just wondering if there is a secret to getting them to line up all the time

I wouldn't worry if the hooks line up.In fact I would argue that you get better action from the crawler if they don't.
