went for an hour today. alot of fish were actively moving. but very few were feeding. i was able to get one. but i seen one that made this one look like a midget. she would easily break my PB. i hope to get her within the next few days while its warm

i am fishing a lake called lake le homme dieu. im in alexandria minnesota not the metro. 1 hour east of st cloud. 2 hours east from minneapolis/stpaul (using the freeway).

fishahalik there are some monster carp in the twin cities metro - spend a bit of time on the water looking for them and you wont be dissapointed!

Yeah i would have to agree with GoblueM the metro can offer some great fishing many fish over the 12lb range. Although i've had the days were you would swear there wasn't any fish in any of the lakes.

Oh, I know there's giant carp in the metro, I was talking the mississippi in the metro. Seems like there's a ton of 'em in there but i've never seen much for size

Yes the miss hold some real nice carp but the smaller rivers and feeder creeks that dump into the miss is where I like to look for the bigger fish.
