Bass fishing in the Waupaca/Wild Rose area?

Recommended Posts

Doc, I have totally missed this post until today. I apologize greatly. First off, I'm about 15mins from Wild Rose and work many lakes for some great bass action. Many of the local Lakes nearby offer plenty of opportunities for what you are seeking.

The best place I've found is about 10mins South East from Wild Rose in the town of Mt.Morris. There are approximately 5 lakes if you will that are chained out. I've personally seen 10# plus fish come out of here in the summer time. Endless lillies, shallow weeds, drop offs, you name it, it's all there and will produce.

Another great location is Big Hills Lake which is just east of Wild Rose about 5mins away. This lake produces great shoreline bass action and produces huge bluegills and crappies.

Depending on how far out of town you want to go, I have a few more good lakes around the wautoma/redgranite area that are great bass lakes also. let me know, maybe we can meet up and do some fishing together.
