Kenmore Washer and Dryer

Does anyone know much about a front loading Kenmore washer and dryer Model #41743042200?

Looking at a 2 year old set and wondering how much they are worth and if they have had any majors problems.

They are worth about $10 for the both of them. Don't waste your time with them, they are junk. They say Kenmore, but are actually made by frigidaire. The washer will probably be junk within 5 years and the dryer will need repair every couple years (cheap plastic parts wear out). If you really want front loaders, buy whirlpool duet or kenmore elite. They are same thing, whirlpool makes the elite for kenmore. I have seen them on sale as low as about $650 for washer and probably similar for dryer.

I totally agree, stay away from the frigidaire line, and like bearslayer said, Whirlpool duet is the way to go, however also stay away from the duet sport, quite a few issues with them as well.

When's the last time you seen his commercial that he is waiting for repair work. Maytag has made a good product, compared to their old stuff, in close to 10 years. He's too busy making repairs to make commercials.
