KEN W Posted February 18, 2009 Share Posted February 18, 2009 Since there are some questions about smoked fish.....try this.My family loves smoked fish made into a cracker spread.I really don't use measurements when I make this so adjust to your taste.Take some smoked fish......you want it dry,and put into a food processer or blender.I use a Magic Bullet.Grind it up so it is light and fluffy.Which is why you want it dry.To wet and it gets pasty.Add some diced onions,celery,and some pickle relish.Then add enough salad dressing to make it into a spread.Great on crackers......
