.45 GAP

It is the Glock model 37 introduced at the SHOT show in 2003. The case is a shorter than a .45 ACP which makes the grip more the size of a 9mm. Winchester and Speer offer ammo and the velocities and bullets are about the same as the .45 ACP.

Speed of a .40, bore of .45. The Germans have a name for it....

Still, I think this ammo is gonna stick around. You can already find it on the shelves.

Has anyone seen one yet? I went to the glockmeisters site and read a report on it, but no pictures. Sometimes I wonder when will it end. Aren't there enough good calibers out there? Same ballistics as a .45acp? According to the report the "new" case is 15thou. shorter. Heck I'm already making that load when I get carried away with my case trimmer

Hi guys, anybody heard of the .45GAP yet? I saw this caliber mentioned in a ad for glock accsesories. I checked the glock HSOforum, but there was nothing about it there.
