The raptors from the bog.

Yep,I saved the worst til last. Shooting a bald eagle against white sky, makes it very tough to get accurate focus, due to lack of contrast. However, even though it's not a keeper, it was still fun to shoot.

This Hawk Owl, my first sighting, was 1 mile away and 1/2 mile high, at least. I had good light, but the distance and angle were not conducive to a good photo. Oh well, at least I photographed one.

This Hawk Owl was shot at about 5:20 in the afternoon, on a cloudy day. Need I say more?

You got to see one!!!! Congrats. Even though the angle is pretty sever, I love the white branches. Makes it a whole different environment. The last snowy owl is a ho-o-o-ot.
