Eric Wettschreck
Not Nascar, but racing that I enjoy a whole lot more is losing one of it's greatest drivers. Donnie Moran, #99, the Dirt Ripper, announced his retirement the other day. He's hanging it up.The open late model circut is AWESOME!!!! Many great drivers and always good racing. Losing Donnie is a big hit as I've enjoyed watching him for many years. While I understand why he's hanging it up, ( It's expensive, wants to spend more time with family, he's aging) I'm bummed out that I won't be seeing him on the track anymore. He'll be missed.
