0 hydro
Make sure you ballast it with 10lbs/square foot of 1 1/2" river rock so that it doesn't blow off Seroiusly, that sounds like a very good idea. You might want to adhere 2" of foam insulation to the roof, and then adhere 60 mil EPDM rubber to that. It would make a nice warm roof system. 0 chickeywing
hydro sounds like a roofer...Don't sniff too much of the glue!
0 daylate$short
I also put a rubber roof on my house, 3 years and going strong. make sure it is tight, some pitch, and comes down over your flashing or siding an inch or two.
0 hydro
Sorry chicky, not a roofer, although I used to sell the stuff.
0 Surface Tension
Make sure your nails are flush on your sheet goods. In fact I'd use screws and set them. You can go one step further and use Built Rite but really I don't think its necessary. Even though its a small roof I'd glue it down because of the wind factor on the road. Contact Cement needs to be dry to the touch, if its tacky your not going to get adhesion and it'll bubble so don't be in a hurry there. Don't know what or if you sided yet but you'll need to keep the runoff from getting under your siding. Could be as easy as a Z strip. Wrap the rubber over the and use a termination strip around the outside.
0 Phred52
DEFINITELY.. GLUE IT DOWN!! If the slightest wind get under the edge and it'll look like and sound like you have a noisy balloon on the roof, especially going down the road. As stated above, hang it over the sidewalls, glue and screw it down there too. I ran an Aluminum 'J' channel (Menards) all around the top of the house to seal down and dress the edges of the roofing. That also works as a small rain gutter so you don't have water dripping all around the outside of the house. My 'downspouts' are on each corner. Works well.
