Snow Blower Cab

I just got a 26" Troy Bilt snow blower, and yes- am looking forward to the next big snowfall to be able to use it. My question is, anyone get a cab?? I for one, am not a big fan of snow blowing in my face when I use a snow blower. Are they worth the $100?? If you are reading this wondering what I am talking about it is this attachment here:

I had one for about ten years and loved the thing. It broke this winter and the last two times I blew snow I have had to deal with wind and snow in my face. I'm going to replace it if I ever find one in this won horse town.

I picked up a generic fits-most from Menards for $35, and it seemed to work good enough for me. Light weight and sturdy enough, but the plastic seemed flimsy and would probably crack easily. It hasn't yet, though. $100 seems steep for a cab when the snowblowers themselves are in the $400-800 range, but it is nice when it's on!

If you have a snowmobile helmet it works pretty good to stop the blowing snow also there is less noise.
