I just got a different snowmobile and checked the Mn DNR HSOforum regarding transferring the registration. $7.50 for that. Does the trail sticker stay valid until it's expiration date or does that need to be paid for and transferred too?

Stays valid if it has been paid for. I bought one with a sticker valid to 2010 and all I paid was the 7.5 transfer fee.
