Need ideas for hole lights when using catch covers in a finished house

My house is all finshed and I dont want torun wires in the house and I have been trying to come up with a way to build them into the frame of the catch cover or the outer ring if you will, I am looking for ideas how to go about this and also what type of LED lights would work for this?
