I say that we all pitch in to send this thing in. We can say " I tried every fix that you recommended and it still works the same as when I bought it".

Love my Big Buddy, dad has had great luck with his Tough Buddy as well. Mine did go into fireball mode (I posted that last year) but that was my fault putting the filter on with gloves on and not getting it tight enough. Hit the pilot, then turn it on to light the ceramic tiles and <WOOF> fireball!!! After kicking it out of my shack and throwing water on it, it still works fine.
