Crow Lake in Nestor Falls ice conditions

Crow Lake ice is about 13-14 inches, everyone is getting around. Some slush but nothing unusual,a lot of snow but everyone is getting where they need to go.

Fishing has been great for Lake Trout, on Crow. Haven't been over to Lake of the Woods to much, some people went over to Steven's Bay on Lake of the Woods yesterday right off the landing and caught Pike, Perch, a Muskie and crappie.

Just got back from Crow and LOW (sun. 1-11) Fishing was excellent on Thurs. good on Fr. and poor on Sat. Ice conditions on Crow were good with slush only in the pinch points between islands. LOW has lots more slush especially on the far east side of Stevens Bay. Further out the snow is good. Crappie fishing was hot.

I heard the eelpout were hitting good on Crow too.

They sure do. Someone in our truck was non compliant at the border and it wasn't me.
