so, do you cook the eggs before you put them in the bag or does it cook while in the hot water?

they cook in the bag. Scramble them in a bowl and add all of the omlet toppings you want (cheese, peppers, onions, S&P...ect)

Seal it up in a ziplock type bag and put the bag in boiling water. Make sure the top of the bag is out of the pot so you can grab it when its done. Every couple of minutes or so take the bag out and mush it around a little so the uncooked egg will shift around in the bag and cook a little bit better.

when they are done to your liking take them out and eat straight out of the bag with a fork or fingers.
