As of 3pm today, I am off for 6 days. Two of my fishing options are ruled out by snow conditions. If I can't get out for a long term fishing expedition in my son's wheel house I'm going to do a couple of day trips and spend the rest of the time working on a Kentucky half stock percusion rifle that I want done before spring. I heard a rumor of good Crappies on an evening bite, but I can't say where. Good luck and be safe.

I have to go back to work Sunday but the next 3 days are looking to be pretty nice. Kind of chilly out there today so I finished my to do list and I'm free to head out tomorrow.
