BEER!!!!!!!!!

There are worse things the house could smell like, but I chose the wrong slow cooker today and used a vented lid instead of a non-vented one. Combine that with Homemade beer bread in the oven and well, you get a plesent mix of evaporated Sam Adams Chery Lambic (roast), and Grain Belt Premium (bread)

Slow cooked venison sholder (the whole thing) and a round roast Wanderer style. I am thinking Sweet Potato fries and steamed broccoli. With a nice porter or chocolate bock wink

So I guess the lesson learned is this....

If the other people who live in your house dont enjoy a nice beer, or that bar smell, choose your slow cooker wisely whistle
