Where can I go deer hunting along the Gunflint Trail this weekend?

I am going on one of those wonderful family vacation things this wed-sun to gunflint lodge and was going to be bringing my muzzleloader along to see if I could top the freezer off this season, but my problem is that I am not sure where I can all legally hunt along the trail, I would prefer to hunt anywhere from the lodge area up to the end of the trail, or I am flexible too. The wife gave me the OK so I was hoping somebody would be so kind to point me in the right direction.

Stop at the ranger station in Duluth and grab a Superior Natl Forest Map. That will show you the forest property. Otherwise get a plat map from the county.
