just when you think you figured it out!

For over a week I have been watching these geese around 300-500 land on this lake and take off and its just about been able to set my watch by it so today a buddy and I set up to try and bag a limit. well we got set up about an hour before they ussally take off and waited and waited and waited and they never did take off some of them did come in and land in the lake but that is about a 1/2 mile or so from where we were at. it just goes to show ya you cant always figure them out. thats what makes it so much fun. guess the wind and the colder temps changed there habbits. well I'll have to try again.

Sounds like you have the same luck that I do Elwood! If you set on one side of the lake and I on the other I bet nary a duck would come to that lake! Oh well, that is why they call it hunting! Take care and N Joy the Hunt././Jimbo
