Anyone got some recipes/ideas they would part with? I am hosting for the first time for 12 people. Thanksgiving will be a practice because I am hosting for Christmas with about 30 people. Jim Almquist Posted November 23, 2008 Share Posted November 23, 2008 I have no clue on what to do for stuffing but when ever I make gravy I like to use either Wondra or corn starch for my thickening. Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons to a cup of cold water and add to heated up juices and bring up to a boil. If not thick enough mix up more but use less water.
