Cabela's Catalog/Ice Fishing Rods

Is anybody else dissapointed in the new Xmas edition Cabela's Catalog? Only 1 page of Ice fishing gear.
I'm looking for some new crappie/panfish rods, does anybody have any favorites?

Thorne bros and genz rods are my favorite. Yad also has some nice stuff.

Year after year, Cabela's ability to publish a nice section of ice fishing gear in their catalog has disappointed me. Doesn't mean they don't sell it, their stores are full of ice fishing stuff. I believe someone in Cabela's management is missing out on a great way to sell ice fishing stuff.

They have a catalog dedicated to waterfowl hunting, camping, marine, etc.; why not ice fishing?

But on the other hand, I also like to buy my fishing gear in person.

I also like to buy my stuff in person. But it would be nice to see it in a catalog first so a person could compare things.

I think a few years ago Cabela's had a "winter sports" specialty catalog with a lot of ice fishing stuff in it and I have looked for it every year since but haven't seen one. Maybe people looked through it, and went in to buy their things in person and the lack of catalog orders made Cabela's decide not to spend the money to print it again since they could not determine any spending based on the catalog itself? All I know is, one page in Cabela's catalog and one annual InFisherman ice angling issue is not enough for me-does anyone know of any other magazines that come out specifically for ice fishing?

Jigga Whopper has some out this year i saw for the 1st time. They have a cherry colored handle and seem to be extremely nice. i am going to end up buying one at least!!!!!
