I know it had the following ingredients:Hamburgerwhite ricewild ricecream of celery soupceleryonionsoysaucebutterNot sure what other ingredients or how much of each, anybody recognize this? Da Beak Posted November 11, 2008 Share Posted November 11, 2008 Here's one that's really close.HAMBURGER AND RICE HOT DISH 2 lbs. hamburgerLittle over 1 c. raw white rice1/2 c. wild rice2 c. chopped celery1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion2 C. sliced mushrooms1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can cream of celery soup4 tbsp. soy sauce2 1/2 c. boiling waterBrown hamburger, celery and onions. Add all ingredients in casserole or small roaster and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees or until done. Stir occasionally.Ps.
