I just winterized my motor. When do I put new plugs in?

I'm assuming after I run it in the spring to burn off the fogging oil first. Is that correct?

I dropped one of my plugs on the garage floor. Can I just re-gap it, or do I need a new one right away? My thoughts were to leave it alone until I run it in the spring, then replace all of the plugs.

If you dropped it on a cement floor there is a better than average chance that that particular plug won't work.

You can use the old one to burn the fogging fluid off in spring.. I'd leave the old ones in until spring personally...
