I AM LOOKING TO BUY A VANTAGE 80 FOR MY 20 FT LUND ALASAKAN TILLER, ANY PROS AND CONS OUT THERE FOR THIS TROLLING MOTOR?

I have a 74 and it's awesome. Soooo nice not having to hang out the back of the turn the boat 90 degrees one way or the other.

I have an 80 on my 20' tiller and I am very happy with it. It is adjustable to both pull and push so I even use it for slow trolling cranks. No gas motor noise etc.

Who are these guys talking about forgetting to lift the motor before taking off?

Anyway you will love this motor. I have a bow mount i never use since I got my Vantage they are great!!!
