MUSKY70#
Are all bucktail tying vices able to grip throttle cable?? If not, where can I get one that has jaws large enough for throttle cable. Thank you.

b1gf1sh1
in answer to your question...who knows unless somebody used 'em all. but i have a little trick i use that works real well for me. i bend a piece of scrap wire ( stainless from a bucktail snipping ) into the pre-loop like a cotter pin. clamp the looped end down in the vise(i use long nose vise grips) and just slide the coil onto the two wires. spins easily around the wire for filling and the wires keep it straight, and holds it tight enough. my coils fit around doubled up .051 but not all will. depends on the i.d. of the cable. might have to go smaller or bigger with your wire. hope this helps
