Lowrance RA

Question to those who have RA's an ifinder. I dropped my ifinder awhile back and probably have to RA fix. I want to get ready for the ice season and would like to know your experience of how long it took for lowrance fix and mail it back. Anybody gone through this process?

I was never able to get anything other than a busy signal when I called, so I gave up.

Last year during the summer I did an on-line RA with Lowrance for one of my boat units, no waiting on hold, got the unit back 8 days after I sent it in. The info was on their HSOforum, pretty easy to follow through what I needed to do.

I agree with Dave, do the online RA and not by phone. I do believe they have only 1 to answer all the calls as it takes forever to talk to a human and thats if you get very lucky.

Once sent, the return was quick.
