Q? about batteries..

I'm about ready to go start shopping for a battery for my new fish house. I want as long of battery life as possible. What is it that I'm looking for when I go buy? Cranking amps? price? Brand? Anyone got any insight? Thanks!

best of my knowledge you should look for reserve minutes,same as buying for a trolling motor..I been using interstate batteries and they work great and not bad price

Buy a Trojan. Best battery I have ever owned. Others will concur. They are heavy but worth every penny and very pound! You won't be disappointed.

I'm an Interstate guy. Always had good luck with em. Went with 2 of their biggest in my new shack wired in parrallel(? still 12 v). Very impressed with the performance of this system. Sure seems like I get more than twice the time.
