Wheel House Running Lights

Since the new law of wheel houses requiring to have a trailor license, another question has arisen. Is it manditory that they now need running lights along the side? I don't mean tail, brake and signal lights. I am talking about a 10 or 12 foot house.

Yes and if a house is over 80" wide you will need 3 small lights in the middle and up high in the back.
