Deer salami

The place I use to take my venison to sold to another guy and he has way different stuff. I'm lookin for a locker that makes good HARD SALAMI. I don't care about anything else just the hard salami. Anybody know of any area locker plants or meat center around the Alexandria area and west that makes good stuff??

we always took ours to miltona, best i have ever had. i hope this isn't the place that sold

No it's not the place that sold. Now you are talking about the salami thats made there right??

yes, salami and also we had brats made there. if there is a concern just bring a small batch. we would always wait until around x-mas to bring ours in to insure we got our own meat back. i've also heard good reports about a place in new york mills
