The last few nights, I've seen and heard of some very respectable fish (and lots of them) being caught on the MN an Miss.

They have been a saving grace, as the Flats have really been turned off.

Look for some faster moving current, especially near a snag or some deeper water. Toss on a piece of cut chub, sucker, or frog and hold on.

Our two biggest fish last night were on Frogs.

....and there's a pretty good chance at a bonus Flat taking a liking to cutbait

Not one bit! They have only been pickin up! Been fishing in 2ft of water and the bigger flats have been moving in and feeding!

I found a perfect new spot off of a wingdam where the current flies through, creating a strong eddy current. I will be trying that spot a few times when I can this week.

I cant get a bite on frogs. I caught half a dozen of them and soaked them for over an hr with nothing. That was a lot of frog catching and pole watching for nothing. Cutbait and stinkbait getting lots of hits.
