Redtail Chub Trapper?

I'm looking for a redtail chub trapper to keep me supplied on a consistant basis weekly. Spring through fall. I'd be looking for fairly large quanities. Possibly up to 10 gallons a week. I'm located in central MN. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
