I received an e-mail from Sue Tasker of ATVAM. She's the new office administrator.

If the "new look" of this e-mail and the layout is a sign of things to come from ATVAM, I couldn't be more optimistic that things are now finally going to be better organized.

I'm not sure if Sue checks out FM, but I have to say "Thanks" for taking on the new task (pardon the pun) with ATVAM.
