I bought a slush bucket last year, (and almost melted one side down) by putting it to close to my little buddy heater. Thankfully it just saggs a little caught it in time. I have a 10" auger and if you dont get it perfectly centered it hits the side of the bucket, I am thinking of getting a 2 hp 9" auger which would help alot but my question. If you took the cover of a catch cover and cut out the insides it would juse be a circular ring But with tabs to keep it from jumping or water getting under it and caluk and rivet them together it would snap into place. Has anyone done this?
