I took this one yesterday while on route to Gimli.

The rail line is owned and maintained by CP Railway. It's the branch line that connects the City of Winnipeg and Gimli.

Gimli is home to Seagram Distillery, makers of that famous "Crown Royal" Canadian Rye Whiskey. Transporting the finnished product is the only reason this brach line is still in operation.
