I agree with keeping Birk a few more years, butt! for those of you old enough, Think of how many Pro-Bowl, all World Centers the Vikes have had in the past? Traded them in their prime only to have the next center come in and make all world himself. Kinda like the Twins farm system of putting our pitchers ( well not of late). < should erase that last line

Yes, I guess you're right on that one from Mick Tinglehoff to Matt Birk, they've all be awesome. I just would hate to see him go. He's a homegrown Minnesota boy, he's good people.
