Best Bait

What are your best bait choices for channels and flatheads? For me crawlers and cut sucker have worked pretty well for channels and the same goes for flatheads. I have not yet caught a flat on livebait, just got lucky and caught a couple around 8 pounds.

Check out the catting for beginners thread that hanson made. Cutgbait and crawlers get lots of bites, but you may have better flathead luck on something live.
