Trout/turkey in wisconsin?

Need some help in finding an area that would have good trout fishing and turkey hunting and general fishing for sunnies and crappies in wisconsin around lacross or a little east of there, any ideas would be helpful.

the timber coulee is a good trout stream just east of la crosse and there are a lot of turkeys in that area. I'm not sure how much public land is around though? Lake Onalaska is a good spot for sunnies/crappies just north of la crosse. hope this helps.
