ATV tiller

Anyone know of a place in the twin cities to rent a tow behind tiller for an atv. I found a place that will rent a 8 gang disc, not sure if that would be sufficient to ready a plot for some grass seeding? Anyone have experience in this? Won't get used much so I don't want to buy one from Northern Tool.

I have seen threads in the hunting forum on where to rent one, but it was last fall.
