Grant
does anyone take these on even a partial credit anymore? I have one that I forgot about until I was digging around this weekend...I'd like to get at least some credit for it....thanks
0 federline
Grant! Hows it going - yah you can get some credit if you want to go with one the exchange refill programs, they'll take your old outlawed tank. If doing this, I'd pick AmeriGas over Blue Rhino, as the latter have valves that don't work at a regular fill station. If you don't want to do that, just go spend the $25 bucks on a new one, its costs just as much, or more, to have a place like FerrellGas retrofit and recertify a tank. 0 fishing tech
I exchange all of mine at Menards.
0 Jeremy airjer W
There are places that will exchange them still. Call ahead to make sure so you don't end up wasting a trip.Blue Rhino has been purchased by Ferellgas (last I heard) and they have stopped using the "proprietary" valve. I have filled plenty of Blue Rhino tanks lately with no problem.
