Gulp and hooks

Just seeing what size and kind of hook you guys use when fishing gulp and if your lindy rigging you use a bigger hook than normal. I know that most people use long shanked hooks for jigging just wondering about lindy rigs. Thanks for the advice

It matters what type of gulp you are using. If you are using a leech, then a size 6 eagle claw. If you are talking nightcrawlers I switch to the Eagle claw hook that has the barbs on the shank to hold the bait in place. I am completely forgeting what they are called. I would not go any larger than a size 4 and would really stick to size 6 hooks.
