how do i put a picture by my name

well i guess the subject says it all

Click the "My Stuff" tab, and from there go to "My Profile". You'll see towards the bottom there is an option to upload your own avatar.

You will have to load a picture on some type of image host, such as photobucket. Once you have done that, copy and paste the URL into the space on the "My Profile" page.
