16 days till the wedding. 30 days till the puppy comes home...

It is perfect. You will be so busy running around doing wedding stuff (who knew you couldn't say cr@p) that time will fly! That's how it worked for us too. Good luck with the wedding. Hopefully you have decent weather.

I have been holding off since last October when I had to put my 8 year old Golden Retiever down. I know there will never be a dog that will ever replace him but my kids have talked me into it. Kind of funny the next day at work one of the lady's mentioned her female retiever had just had pups. They will be ready to go June 23rd so I'm starting to get excited. I'm sure once I see the little ones I will be ready to begin the process of learning her the tricks of the field. I was wondering if I should go with another male but have decided to try a female. Maybe even bred her. Can't wait for the new hound dog to come home.
