Ice out . . . when is the ice going to melt ?

I was wondering if we are going to have any open water this year. Hopefully the snow will be gone by July and maybe some open water by August.

BTW - in the past i've seen some Lake ice out dates for prior years. Anyone know I might find them ??

I'd give it another week and we'll be out. It goes quick once the warm weather and the wind picks up.

Was out on Island yesterday testing the boat and out on the sippi today. Open water is here, just gotta find it.
