I think that is is FM name just painted it while on the trailer and around the bunks/rollers... how often do you see the bottom of you boat anyway. Otherwise I would suggest flipping it upside down and placing it on somekind of rack so it is nice and high making it easier to paint. Sure beats it lying the floor.
