Metro Area Lakes and Rivers

I would try posting your question in the metro forum. There is at least one thread already for open water reports.

Just drove around Bald Eagle and White bear an hour ago and neither are open up. Bald has some open around the shore, but that's about it. The dude on Cigar Island is still using the hover craft to get to his garage.

Anything west of the St. croix, south of wyoming/anoka, east of lake waconia and north of lakeville, would be considered the Metro area. IMO
