FireLine, What knots do you use???

Either a improved cinch or polomar. 90% improved cinch. Back to back uni knot for putting mono to Power Pro or just mono to mono.

I used to use a palomar knot but switched to the uni knot...easier to tie and i've never had the uni knot break or come undone.

I use the palomar and always get the knot wet before pulling it tight.

Palomar, the Bucher powerknot is supposed to be a good one too. I've never had any issues with the palomar so I'll stand by that.

For an improvement when tying a uni-knot try rubbing some bee's wax on both lines. No heat or burns and no spitting. Phil
