badger 1
Get some used "puckboard" from your local arena and patch the hole. It not only covers the hole, slides easily, but is quite inexpensive.
fishin maniac
Just did repairs myself on 2 frabil sleds. Try epoxy putty from the plumbing dpt. of most hardware stores. It comes in a tube and you squeeze the putty to mix the center compound with the outer putty. Easy to work with but sets up fast (20min as hard as rock). My holes were as big as silver dollars. If you need backing put duct tape on the inside then when dry peel off tape and apply more putty to inside. Definatly bonds to the tub. I put hyfax on bottom from old snowmobile runners so the patch should not even hit the ice.
